@GolfingSwingers @MILESTONEevent You really should. Is it the Cavern , where the Beatles used to play in the town centre plus the Albert Dock incl a museum etc
@bbc5live@Twitter@timlevell I thought his honesty on his drinking programme was refreshing and I’d certainly follow him and listen to his podcasts if I knew when they were on.
#Panorama have these people named and shamed. Police, please convict if possible. They lack any humanity and should be ashamed of themselves. I am gobsmacked!
@oobivat I have depression. I KNOW he has depression. Do you have it? If you did then you could see it too. This was a programme that we may have been able to get a glimmer of hope from. The jar analogy gave me a new insight to a proactive route. It helped and I went to the gym this am.
@SoapsyAndSudsy@campbellclaret Wow that’s exactly what I’ve been following. Claire Weekes book etc plus mindfulness. Have a look at you tube ‘That Anxiety Guy’ . He also has a fb group. Very proactive. Good luck.
#DepressionAndMe , @campbellclaret On my lowest and most confusing day so far(actual tears!) this docu was what I wanted/needed. I even made notes when concentration has been absent recently. That jam jar analogy resonated so much. Power to the jar!!! Thk u
@arcarver87@Nadia_Zawawi Try exposure therapy. You tube ‘That Anxiety Guy’. They also have fb group full of similar people trying proactively to take steps(literally) to help themselves with a good deal of success. Certainly worth a look and try eh? All the best.
@WinnieWonderfu3 Hi Winnie. Have felt exactly the same and today was my lowest point. Actual tears! The docu was a godsend the jam jar analogy was heaven sent for me. Try mindfulness and acceptance. Good luck
@VictoriaLIVE Disgraceful and the guy brought on was pathetic in his explanation. Take responsibility sir and promise that it will never happen again under your watch!
