I did the annual recharge of ₹3599 6 days ago, even after responding with in 10 mins

Accidentally migrated from prepaid to postpaid after a recent ₹3599 yearly recharge. Contacted customer care within 10 mins for reversal but was told I may lose prepaid benefits. Requesting urgent help with migration reversal/restoration. @airtelindia @DoT_India @TRAI

@flyspicejet I booked a flight for from BOM to GOP 12 days back through @makemytrip and the flight CANCELLED & rescheduled on 14 april I opted for a full refund as the flight was 2 days later.
It's been a week and I haven't gotten a refund yet
Kindly resolve the issue at earliest

@flyspicejet how can you suddenly cancel a flight SG-388, can't you understand the urgency of a passenger, I won't be traveling from spicejet and I recommend others not to opt for spicejet in future, @FlightsMojo expecting refund asap
