[Was pretty tough this year; might have to do an "honorable mention" list in January...]
@jamesharrigan I am figuring this out now, so TBD. Ideally it would be posted online, but the university press might require printing a formal corrigendum in a future issue (which seems like overkill to me, but whatever). As long as it's eventually posted online that's fine by me.
