Newborn Resuscitation
1๏ธโฃ Stimulate: Dry the baby with a warm towel to encourage breathing.
2๏ธโฃ Position: Neutral head position, clear fluid if blocked.
3๏ธโฃ Breathe: Start rescue breaths if not breathing.
4๏ธโฃ Compress: If HR <60, do 3 chest compressions per breath.Every second counts
