@Karthik_Murali There are all kind of employees in the market. In higher budget you will get highly skilled/experienced people. There is a reason google, Netflix pays those salaries. If you don’t have budget work with less skilled/experienced people.
@chiragbarjatya There are instances where kids faced accidents while they were playing on road or they came running very fast while exiting the home and the home is on a little busy road. In gated society many times guards are keeping eyes on children as well.

@ChitrakShivalik Ahmedabad has ring road which mumbai won’t have. Mumbai has locals plying at frequency of 3 minutes which ahmedabad won’t have. The reason for both is ahmedabad is spread in circular fashion and mumbai is linear city.

@not_ur_siri I instead joined a badminton class, it is costing me 1k per month, burning around 650 calories each session and I have not skipped even a single class in the last 3 weeks.
I see plenty of upper management people here blaming employees doing offer shopping and coming up with unique solutions to address that. But none is addressing or even trying to consider long notice periods as the problem. Why?
