@AmericanAir for each store there’s 9 different inputs. I have 18 receipts across 3 days. And then you need 5 different ID sources. Just to get even you have stolen hours and hours of time. You are hands down the worst airline in the US.
@AmericanAir so I submitted my claim for reimbursement and you rejected the submission and told me to come to a physical location!? Why must I jump through more hoops and talk to you all in person?
.@AmericanAir How many failures does it take to get a response?
Re-ticketing errors. Delayed baggage in Italy. Damaged luggage. Out-of-pocket expenses. Family seating issues. A failure in your system from Naples to Philly.
Why are you hiding? This can’t all be weather issues!?
@AmericanAir Hey @AmericanAir, when does “weather” explain failing to reticket passengers, refusing to issue tickets, losing luggage for days, damaging bags, separating families, and telling a passenger in Philadelphia they’re still in Naples while holding a @JimsSouthStreet in terminal C???
@AmericanAir managed to fail at nearly every stage of our Italy trip: refused to issue tickets after rebooking to Rome, lost our luggage 4 days, separated our family traveling with a sick toddler, damaged our bags, and then your system thought we were still in Naples upon arrival
@AmericanAir U all have tried your absolute hardest to ruin what should have been a memorable wedding weekend & turned it into a horror story of traveling. I look forward to hearing how you plan to fix this. From added stress, financial burden, time lost you have a lot to makeup
@AmericanAir Oh dear! @AmericanAir. After explaining that many of these issues were caused by AA operational failures not weather the response is essentially “submit your baggage receipts.”
Failed reticketing to Rome. Days without luggage at an international wedding. Damaged bags. AA issues!
@SportsRadioWIP@LibertyMutual You’re right you should have stuck to the old philosophy and not gotten new players that fit the mold of your new offensive philosophy. 🤡
