@GConnaughton @JShamess That was a lot of words to say: we don't really have these kinds of enormous warehouses sitting vacant & willing to take a golf tenant to stem the bleeding. There are some inflatable dome facilities but they're seasonal, & I don't think given the scale, they could afford the rent

To the point where several traditional (res & comm) developers got into it & have done million sf + facilities. Fiera was just giving people $10/sf rent jumps & saying 'if you don't like it, leave'.
