Looking for some volunteers for next weekend. I have about 100 small nest boxes I need to erect and I would really appreciate if I could get a couple of volunteers to help out. If you are available next Saturday or Sundy please give me a shout. Thanks in advance.

We also checked on a couple of Barn Owl nest boxes with Owls actually inside the boxes

@cannockwildlife@PaulT_staffs@nessie_w Coal tits use predominantly moss with feathers or wool. It could be a Redstart although you would expect dried leaves amongst the nesting material but I would go for Redstart.
This morning with the help of my friend we managed to erect a Barn Owl nest box inside a steel barn on Llanarth estate. Very optimistic for this location having disturbed a Barn Owl roosting in the barn amongst the straw bales.
