Gm, LondonMaxxing by Designing merch for @solana Breakpoint 2026 in London 🇬🇧
This one is special for me because I will be attending Breakpoint myself, so I wanted to design something I would actually wear while walking around the event.
For this concept I focused on creating merch that feels less like conference swag and more like real builder streetwear.
The inspiration behind the design is @LaFamilia_so, a global community of Spanish speaking builders contributing to the Solana ecosystem. Developers, founders, creators and operators building together across borders.
Breakpoint is where this community meets the world.
The design brings together three ideas:
••> Identity
The La Familia script represents belonging and community.
••> Location
London icons like Big Ben and skyline elements reference the host city.
••> Builder culture
Bold typography and minimal monochrome styling inspired by tech and streetwear.
Instead of loud branding the design stays subtle and wearable.
A clean black palette, a repeating La Familia pattern across the fabric, and a chest design combining London imagery with Breakpoint typography.
The patch emblem represents builders gathering in London.
The La Familia hat symbolizes unity, confidence and execution over hype.
The goal was simple.
••> Create something builders would actually want to wear during Breakpoint and long after the event.
Because the ecosystem is not just protocols and code.
It is people.
And this is La Familia.

I made another art for gensyn using it's mascot, "swarm of ants" analogy.
an ant teaching is the perfect metaphor for what gensyn about.
gensyn does not draw strength from one giant model when it comes to training AI models,
rather it does from thoudands or millions of small contributors building intelligence together.

earlier this afternoon, my cohosts @fakejed_, @ghost7evenn, and i hosted our first space (@sentientagi) themed "sentient journey... so far," and i'm very happy with the turnout.
my cohost, jed, started off by giving everyone a warm welcome and then talked about his journey and how it has been for him so far.
then i hopped on the mic, introduced myself, and also shared my journey. i talked about how necessary it is to verify every piece of news you hear from other community members.
the helpers are very active, but sometimes there might be misinformation, so it's best to clarify.
we then clearly introduced every track and explained how you can effectively contribute to each one, especially by reading the weekly focus on your track’s announcements and centering your contributions around it.
we differentiated between yapping and contributing, and also discussed how events in the community and other activities, like helping members, can give you an edge.
also, you're better off yapping if you feel you can get an agi role through the educator track by making gsenti posts.
we answered a lot of questions and shared ideas on how everyone can improve.
then we introduced the week 17 focus for the educator track.
finally, we talked about the requirements to yap on sentient and why it's advisable to yap on weekly topics too, so people can understand more about sentient.
i want to thank every speaker and listener who tuned into the space for their contributions.
