@maxfashionindia Order # 1264033688 hasn’t been delivered yet. After 11 days of non receipt when I called your helpline a rep, Surajit tells me that my order is canceled. No update on the same. Moreover he said “nothing can be done about it”. Where’s my money? Disappointing!

@airastana Grueling experience. Your handling of delayed flights, missed connections, hospitality and service are questionable. Flew KC110 from Bishkek to Almaty on Aug 30th, and I promise I’ll not fly your airline for a really long time after this ordeal.

@airtelindia Pathetic service is an understatement. Neither are your chat agents competent nor do you your email service agents care to respond. I’m travelling abroad without data connectivity! Half of my holiday is being spent every day trying to resolve this but to no avail!!

@theniyo Describing your customer service as pathetic is an understatement. I applied for a card and citing baseless issues, I was refused. It has taken several weeks but your able executives from your able company are still ‘resolving’ my issue!!
