Allegedly, ASBL deducted ₹25 lakhs (₹5,000 per flat) from owners' prepaid utilities accounts without authorization, claiming it was for maintenance—despite two years of maintenance charges already collected in advance at the time of sale.
The false ceiling above the swimming pool collapsed, and the owners are raising other quality issues. They allege that ASBL management is refusing to meet with them despite repeated requests.
Pretty much any large project has some quality issues, but developers should be responsive and address them. It is painful for owners to protest on the streets and speak negatively about their own community in front of the media. They do it only as a last resort.
I hope ASBL resolves the issues to the satisfaction of the owners.
Which builders in Hyderabad quietly do a great job but we don’t hear their names often?

I Heard from a client, they don't even give proper details about their project . Why are they very rude towards there customers?
Manhattan by Vamsiram, a 47-floor luxury residential project in Khajaguda, Hyderabad, is now under legal fire—4 Congress MLAs have filed a PIL alleging it’s being built on encroached government land within the lake’s Full Tank Level (FTL) zone.
What’s alarming is that the project is fully RERA-approved (P02400006064).
But here’s the reality: RERA approvals don’t guarantee land title clarity—they validate documentation, not ownership legitimacy.
If courts rule against the project, it’s the buyers who’ll bear the brunt, not the developer.
In a market where even marquee builders can take shortcuts, buyers need to go beyond brochures and verify land records, FTL limits, and past survey data. One wrong bet can wipe out years of savings.
