@O2 I have been through those telephone numbers and the service level is appalling that’s why I’ve taken to X. I need help seriously the issues are affecting my business. The overseas call centres are useless.
@O2@o2businessuk never in all my time have I dealt with such a shower of s**t and it’s business. My problem still unresolved in 5 weeks, no acknowledgment of my complaint. Breach of complaints policy. I have to call in every time. No one is bothered.

What a joke @NatWestBusiness@NatWest_Help I have got a new phone and it will not verify my business card. It’s been nearly a week. I’ve had to find a branch that’s open. Now at the branch I’m in I’m in a queue out of the door. Can’t use card, can’t trade. Abysmal.

I have a bus acct with @O2@virginmedia . I have a problem with my handset and have spoken to customer services over 12 times. The service level has been shocking, the worst I’ve come across. I need uk help. My business is being affected.

Travelled to Bristol from Stockport last week on @CrossCountryUK. 1st class service great WIFI, in fact did an hour teams call. Today travelling Stockport to Euston on @AvantiWestCoast, service good, WIFI terrible struggling to send emails. #veryfrustrating given the cost
@skytv SkyQ the worst thing I’ve ever bought. Continuously crashes. Engineer response 1 month wait to fix and charged through the nose. Hardly surprising @skytv are financially in the shit. #shitshow.
@manairport disappointed to have to sit in gridlock traffic at 12am last night to get into #T1 pick up. It was just a free for all. If the airport is to improve it has to get the taxis away to different zone. Otherwise you may find you solidify your title of worst airport in UK.
How long do paying customers have to put up with the inept service offered by @BritishGas? Promises to ring you back, unfulfilled. Allowing customers to worry day in, day out, without any comeback. It truly is one of the most shocking businesses in the UK.
