@Life360 Make this make sense. I followed the directions EXACTLY. Now I get this email, try to log back in by phone and email to try again, and get this message.
Manโฆ had a two hour delay with @AmericanAir out of Dallas, finally start taxing to the runway then they have to return to the gate to pickup additional crew members. You think we could have planned that before weโre about to takeoff? ๐ฉ
We live in a world where insurance will pay for drugs to cover weight loss, but wonโt cover gym memberships. Makes me think they donโt want us to be a healthy society.
Not gonna lie: Iโve never felt so spread thin financially as I do now. We need to end this war @realDonaldTrump
โNormalโ Americans are hurting; millionaires are becoming billionaires.
@kikojeantette@elonmusk@Starlink We literally have been looking to put @Starlink in our STOL airplane so we'd have internet in the backcountry. Definitely not doing it now. @elonmusk Just shot general aviation guys needing the added layer of safety in the foot.
Over the last few weeks, our Aviation Unit has made significant strides in securing their future. A new-to-us OH-58C was obtained through the 10-33 program earlier this month. This aircraft includes a FLIR system that will assist the unit in locating missing persons, locating suspects, and more.
In addition, unit members Dustin Watkins, Jameson Jenkins, Greg Harwood and Sam Horn recently travelled to Whiting Field in Santa Rosa County, Florida. They took delivery of two TH-57 helicopters from the U.S. Navy, also through the 10-33 program. All three of these aircraft were obtained at zero cost to the taxpayers of Etowah County outside of small transfer and shipping fees.
This places our team in a position to be able to have two flying helicopters with parts for each one, securing our ability to protect Etowah and surrounding counties for years to come. With these aircraft, our team is now in a position to proactively fly patrol missions and train regularly to master their craft. We want to give a special thank you to Danny Fincher for leading this team and for bringing us to where we are today. Keep an eye out for some more exciting announcements and accomplishments from this unit very soon! ๐
Sheriff Horton remains committed to ensuring that your Sheriffโs Office advances into the future, with every resource and tool possible in order to be there for our community when they need us most.
