Yes, every situation is slightly different but the laws categorise (as above) as it’s impossible to legislate for everything. I get the mitigation for CHI but that makes the range of sanctions even more inconsistent.

@Matt_williams69 It was pretty bad - I think they gave away 5 penalties on their 5 m before the Fiji yellow. Then got the yellow themselves for another blatant one. But the ref then gave a second team warning after they’d given another load of pens away on their 5m - madness.

@MickClearyTel @alexspinkmirror It’s mind boggling that ITV can make this spectacle such a bore fest. They have some great pundits and commentators, but have some absolute rubbish that ruin the good. Considering there are some fantastic rugby formats in the UK how have they managed it?

@StephenKeenan @leocarr78 I agree he could have been lower - I don’t think he had the chance as the situation unfolded. There is a severe lack of common sense as rugby try’s to align with and image it will (and arguable should) never have.

@EpcKen ITV coverage is universally crap. Every match has a one sided bias to it. Gordon D’Arcy is possibly the worse commentator I’ve ever heard and some of the others seem to have done no research and / or don’t care about the game. That said Sam Warburton is one of the best.

@wilford_16 Anyone that though England’s best scrummaging tight head shouldn’t have started against Argentina knows very little about how to build a rugby team. He may not be the right guy for other teams but the right man today. He was always in my 15.

@MartyMcG81 @Brendennel I can only assume it’s a cost thing for unions run on microscopic budgets. Waiting until 6 months out makes accommodation, transport and planning very expensive when host towns haven’t had time to invest in the right infrastructure.
