What is Optimum?
Optimum is a decentralized infrastructure project built to make blockchains faster, smoother, and more efficient.
Think of it as a memory and communication layer for Web3. It helps blockchain networks move and process data better.
The Problem @get_optimum is Solving
Most blockchains today struggle with:
- Slow transaction speeds
- Network congestion
- High bandwidth costs
- Delays in sharing data between nodes
As more users join blockchain networks, these problems become even bigger.
How Optimum Works
Optimum improves the way data travels across blockchain networks.
Instead of using the normal method of sending data, Optimum uses a smarter technology called Random Linear Network Coding (RLNC).
This allows data to:
- Move faster across the network
- Be shared more efficiently
- Reduce delays and bandwidth usage
- Stay reliable even during network congestion
What are Flexnodes?
Optimum is powered by decentralized nodes called Flexnodes.
These nodes help:
- Relay data
- Store information
- Distribute data across the network efficiently
This helps blockchain networks scale better without sacrificing decentralization.
During the @Gate AMA with elder @ishank20, @MariaV54 asked an important question:
"When someone asks AI to create human-like data, how can KGeN verify that the data was actually generated by AI?"
In this short video clip, @ishank20 co-founder of @KGeN_IO shares his answer.
This is one of the most common misunderstandings when it comes to AI today.
People think that the more data they feed into the models, the better they will get;
In reality, if the model keeps seeing the same kind of data, it isn't learning new perspectives, it’s just reinforcing what it already knows.
The Stanford melanoma case is a good example. It showed that AI doesn't see the world the way humans do.
Instead, it learns patterns from data, including signals that researchers never intended it to use.
That's why diversity in data matters.
Models need exposure to different environments, edge cases, and contexts so they can learn what is truly important and avoid relying on misleading patterns.
More data is helpful, but diverse and high-quality data is what makes the real difference.
Seoul was never the destination it was the spark.
The conversations started at VeriFi Korea, but the real story is just beginning.
Today, @manishdiesel joins @Cryptowombat125 to unpack KGeN 2.0, ecosystem growth, and the opportunities ahead.

Most people focus on posting, but replies are one of the fastest ways to grow on X.
A good reply puts your profile in front of new audiences without needing thousands of followers.
When you consistently add value, ask thoughtful questions, or share useful insights under relevant posts, more people notice you.
The result:
• More profile visits
• More followers
• More engagement
• Stronger connections
Don't just post and leave. Spend time replying. Some of the biggest opportunities on X start in the replies.
What skill would you learn today if your goal was to make your first $1,000 online ?
If you had to start from zero today, no audience, no connections, no money, and your goal was to make your first $1,000 online as fast as possible, what skill would you learn?
What caught my attention wasn't the 22M $KGEN burn, but the decision to tie token supply reduction directly to business revenue.
Most projects do a one-time burn, generate some buzz, and move on.
@KGeN_IO is aiming for something different by creating a model where growth in AI contracts can continuously influence tokenomics.
If they can maintain revenue transparency and keep expanding their AI partnerships, this could prove to be a far more sustainable approach than the usual hype-driven token mechanics.
The idea is compelling.
