Experienced US retail investor and trader looking to share my knowledge about US stocks. I want to help others invest responsibly, generate wealth and prosper.
I rawdogged Meta Muse for the first time today @alexandr_wang
I asked Muse to book me reservations for two night stay at the Flamingo Resort & hotel @Hilton in Santa Rosa.
A couple of voice prompts and I was ready to book my hotel reservation. Ease of use 9 out of 10.
The problem with Muse is that there is needs to be a setting to be in rawdogging "Asian Muse" mode where you get the absolutely the best price.
The price was $193/night, but it could be slightly cheaper $180/night. Yes this is $13 difference thus this is "Asian Muse" mode is a market need. I even haggle with my Asian Massage Parlor masseuse until she says "I give you best price". ..j/k. Asian people don't like to get jipped on price regardless of ease of use.
Help make "Meta Asian Muse" a thing. Muse should be able to haggle a free breakfast or no resort fees or complimentary happy ending. Asian people know what I am talking about. From a practical perspective spending an extra 5-10 mins to save $30-40 is a no brainer.
Make this viral so @hilton comps me a free breakfast or save $35 resort fee for shitty wi-fi.
@alexandr_wang make this happen and help my small account.
I could see "Asian Muse" being a game changer. After that we can do "Meta Karen Muse" where Muse is trained to see the manager for complaints.
@NotA_Bull If you have a specific price you want to own a stock at sell a put until you get assigned. Doesn’t matter the loss or profit on the contract since you want to own at that price. Improves your cost basis.
Scott your account has been one of the better accounts that I have learned over the years about swing trading, Your point about moving averages resonated with me early in my trading career. I use to be a buy and hold guy. Love “active sequence” as well. Most of all I appreciate when you admit you are wrong on a trade and get out a trade.
@MikeTheTrader@LEAPTRADER_ I have started to use more put and call spreads. I really would like to use some call ratios more often as well. Spreads are underutilized tool in the option tool box
I would not touch any of these stocks at the moment. These stocks have been hit because they are being disrupted so there is no future growth. People forget that the stock market is forward looking that is why good companies that make a ton of money today there stock doesn’t move
True it is a voluntary choice but do some subscriptions prey on new investors FOMO and advertise unrealistic returns without articulating the risks. There are good subscriptions that provide sound reasonable advice but the reality is that newbies don’t want to be told just DCA the index. That is the advice any sound advisor should tell new investors. They should not be buying a call options
Money is money regardless if you have it or not it. I don’t have any issues with subscriptions if you can prove value. But since the investing field is so saturated it is hard for most but not all subscriptions to justify value. Free content is often better than paid stuff from my experience.
