It is very difficult to photograph Hummingbirds, because they are very small, move very fast, and they are highly aware of your presence. They must trust you. They like to hover in front of your face, and study you carefully - not much you can do about that! 🙂 Love Hummingbirds!

Today I have upscaled another video from the past - 8 years ago - from 1080p into 4K, with Topaz Video AI. It is amazing to be able to give new life into these years-old video presentations with still images and video that tell a story in under 11 minutes. It was a Toastmasters International Speech Presentation that I gave on 30 March 2016 here in Portland at Tabor Toastmasters. We met every week in the early morning.

I have been to the Hawaiian Islands many times since the 1980s, and to Kauai several times.

Here is a video that I shot in 2013, edited in 2014 with a camera that I purchased new in 2012 for $84.70, the Kodak PlaySport (Zx5) HD Waterproof Pocket Video Camera - Red (2nd Generation).

I just upscaled it from 1080p to 4K in Topaz Video AI.

I think my videos and photography skills have improved over time and with experience. And of course, the photography and video advancements in technology and equipment have radically changed over time.

The album Journey Into Light was experimental, all done with my Korg Triton ProX 88-key keyboard synthesizer. Next album will be different and better.

That small Kodak camera was great for hiking on Kauai and for filming underwater while I was swimming there in the ocean.

One of the great features of Vimeo is that I can always improve any video and replace the video file seamlessly.

Here is how I see this plane of existence.

It is a gift to have taken this birth, to be here on Earth. Everything is pure love; all of Nature, every living being, all life forms. It is a great honor to see the manifested creation of our world and the universe.

It is a great responsibility to walk this path. My life path is to communicate openly and live the truth in every thought, word, and action.

Teaching and Learning are two sides of the same coin. True knowledge is Evergreen, always current with the times, relevant.

My philosophy, life path, and this is the path of Yoga:

Respect All People and All Living Beings Equally
Be of Service
Love All

I am open and transparent about everything I do, and I am accountable for every thought, word, and action. If there is anything that you do not understand, or if you would like to talk to me directly about any matter, please let me know. Executive Summary

Privacy, Kindness and Respect must be followed at all times towards all persons and all cultures, and all living beings. All of Nature. Professional Roles and Boundaries. Professional conduct is essential at all times.

Karma is being created in every thought, word, and action. Every event. Action-Reaction pairs. Lessons given to every person and every living being. The Way, Path. The Tao. The Natural Way of the Universe.

Do No Harm. Do what is right. Appropriate thought, word, and action. And to know when non-action is appropriate.

This means to be conscious and aware, and every thought, word, and action is in accordance with this Supreme Awareness. It would not be necessary to even mention it, if people were living in harmony with Nature and All Living Beings, including each other.

In recent times, especially since the advent of the COVID-19 Pandemic; people seem to be upset, angry, impatient, and distracted more than before, acting out with aberrant behavior.

To adjust to this new world, it may be helpful to apply universal compassion, the NCBTMB Code of Ethics, NCBTMB Standards of Practice, and the ancient and universal values and life path of Yoga, i.e.; Yoga Sutras of the Sage Patanjali, and my teaching that you will find here.
