@ArtForCC@JoelMCurzon Sometimes, they make it seem like been an atheist, automatically makes you an ally of the LGBTQIA+ movement. Is it a requirement?
@Gayus_kamuku@confidentialdrm They are also businessmen. It is their choice to lend their voices or not, not an obligation. I am not surprised that they would be political, apolitical or neutral depending on the situation, if it would be of detriment or benefits to their businesses.
@stoiccpath@AjeboDanny He existed but he didn't have super powers like their claim in the fanfic. He was at best, a charismatic, apocalyptic preacher in the early first century
@bigtompsfc@Hibana122 They'd sleep with these men of given a chance. I don't know if it is because of their tendency to be attracted to people in positions of authority.
@Cayet9mt8@codedbruhh@cknze1 There was a time though, when they didn't turn the other cheek (for realistic and valid reasons), even though I'd find it ironic, especially for a religion with pacifist undertones and tendencies for superficial claims.
@Cayet9mt8@codedbruhh@cknze1 Christianity's message of "turn the other cheek" was one of the most hated messages at a particular time. Philosophers like Nietzsche, and political philosophers like Machiavelli found that it enabled weakness in men. Christianity has pacifist undertones to its teachings.
@codedbruhh@Cayet9mt8@cknze1 Nah. I think they secularized. The Enlightenment played a huge role in the progress they made because if you look at these people's history, you'd see Africans if they were white. The population were massively illiterate and religious wars were a constant
