Protégé and WebProtégé are free, open source ontology editors developed @Stanford. WebProtégé is our flagship tool for collaborative editing in the cloud.
@ontocommons poll before the workshop: and 20 years after @protegeproject is still the most mentioned tool ! Congrats to BMIR and the Musen’s lab at @Stanford
We are conducting a user study to determine the awareness of ontology change effects and looking for ontology editors, engineers, & maintainers! If you are or know someone: please participate, share, and retweet! Thanks!

Hello world! This is my first tweet, announcing the publication of my first paper, “Obstacles to the Reuse of Study Metadata in ClinicalTrials[.]gov”: https://t.co/dbs0dlcWgx
So proud of the amazing work my amazing co-authors @rafalsgoncalves, Mark Musen, and I have done!
We designed a lossless, bi-directional mapping of the OWL #ontology language to labeled property graphs. Still polishing edges, we’ll write more on this later. @rafalsgoncalves led the effort.
If you’re a fan of WebProtégé (or a budding ontologist), check out this #KnowCon2020 talk from @rafalsgoncalves, “Supporting Ontology & KG Development on the Web”. Focused on recent collaborations that led to improved ontology and KG engineering.
