Two 'Keighley' monsters spotted a lone woman sat in her car at 8pm.

When she clung to the wheel like her life depended on it (because it did), Imran Altaf kicked her in the chest and punched her in the head. Dawood Basharat sat on her and groped her. Then they dragged her out and drove off laughing.

She thought they were going to kill her.

What is being done to these young elephants — and to so many others kept in captivity for temples and festivals — is brutal. Taking animals still in their childhood or early youth, moving them thousands of kilometres, placing them into a system built on chains, isolation, and methods that deliberately break their will, all while calling it tradition or donation, is abysmal. The gap between the public image of majestic, sacred animals and the lived reality of fear, pain, and truncated lives is grotesque.
These are highly intelligent, emotionally complex, deeply social beings. Forcing them into this existence is not neutral. It is a choice that prioritises spectacle, status, and money over their fundamental needs.

So glad to see the amazing Masara Kim on X. He is an amazing journalist, living in the frontline of the christian genocide in Nigeria. Masara has a brilliant mind, he is a man of true integrity & courage. Folo him, share his work. Many of his family and friends are already dead. Concerned Miami resident shared heartbreaking video of a malnourished dog trapped on a high-rise balcony, surrounded by its own feces.

The video quickly went viral, prompting people to report the suspected animal cruelty and bring the situation to the attention of authorities.

In a follow-up video, Miami police are seen rescuing the dog while the owner is led out of the building in handcuffs.

This is what happens when people refuse to look the other way. One person spoke up. Thousands of people amplified it. Authorities were alerted. And an innocent animal was finally given a chance to be rescued.

Thank you to the Miami police for responding promptly and rescuing this poor pup. ❤️🐾
