@TMobileHelp @TMobile have been billing me for an account that was closed on Jan 2. Twice we’ve been into a store and three times told on the phone that it was fixed and our money will show up “any day now”. It’s actually $260 you owe me. We had to cancel our debit card to end it.

@TMobile has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered from a cell company. They owe me $250. “Scott” from the Bellingham leadership team leaves a message that they are closing my issue because I didn’t answer. He gave me no way to call back! So done with T-Mobile.
