@JioCare I updated my GST number for my fiber connection at myjio portal and got invoice with my gst on it for few months but now all of sudden its removed from invoices. Can you please look into this?
@JioCare Dont your fiber customer care executives have the authority to register complaints? I have been trying to explain my problem but they just dont get it. Your staff needs training very urgently as they cant understand anything technical.

@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence Been Complaining of not receiving GST invoice of corporate account for months & nobody does anything except giving false assurances. Also senior executives are never in their office whenever try to reach to them, why not fire such people?
