I heard of winter arc.. I am messed up my life big time recently 😞. There are a lot problems, most of all procrastination and consistency.. I am going to try and align my life back... This will be like a place for accountability. So, I will be putting here my mind.

Yesterday was 20% success. I broke one of the vicious cycle and it boosted my confidence.

Currently, I have lost my confidence in myself as I have my own promise to myself so many times.

most important thing is build confidence by doing what I think I have to do
