@airindiain you charge almost $5000 for a business class ticket from NY JFK to DELHI but your seat was broken Tv did not work. I sent a 87 year old woman for comfort but she got no comfort what so ever. I need immediate attention on this or I will have to take stronger actions

@JetBlue flying from SMF to JFK and JetBlue is not courteous to provide me a wheelchair even though I requested far in advance. I had to walk all the way to the gate. This is really poor customer service and gate agents are not quite helpful either.
