There have been many governments there, but never a Palestine.
Almost two centuries have passed since the Tamil Malaiyaha communities were brought to Sri Lanka. Since then, they have been contributing to the Sri Lankan economy, especially through the labour they provide to the tea industry in Sri Lanka to flourish. Despite their great contributions, these communities were never given significance, their rights were dismissed, their access to basic living standards were taken away. Yet, they were obliged to toil among the tea estates at a cheap wage.

Yes, CPA has its own agenda for governance. Human Rights and Transitional Justice iand we go to funders to fund our work,
