@the_mel_jar I had a professor who was treating someone with coprophagia. She eventually got him to wear a glass vial of poop around his neck, so he could touch the vial, in lieu of eating poop. I believe we should all wear vials of our poop around our necks. It would be very democratizing.
“adhd meds Wow this is what normal ppl feel like” No. “normal” “people” dont “feel like” anything bc they dont exist. you are being stimulated by a stimulant. it feels normal because you live in 5th Reich Methworld
What people aren’t ready to hear is Dostoyevsky is litslop too. Brothers Karamazov, like Count of Monte Cristo, was published in serials for people to read like we watch tv shows weekly now.
@BolshevikBeyond@7bladedtongues Part of Vygotsky's rejection of psychoanalysis was lip service to the state, and there is evidence he maintained his support and interest to the end of his life.
It is also theoretically and empirically clear that the threat of revolution inspired by the Soviet Union was responsible for the dramatic social democratic concessions made by capitalism. The West owes its greatest historical achievements to communism.
@john_laughland OK, not a fan of hers, but from his first sentence, Walt calls Nuland a "crusader" who is against the "realists." Did you watch the video (thank you for sharing it, btw).
Visitei essa prensa, nesse mesmo local. Está em estado deplorável, o governo Georgiano não dá um centavo para o museu, ele é todo mantido por um companheiro Georgiano bem senhorzinho super fofinho. É bem triste a situação desse museu no geral
So hilarious. I left a comment on the NYT for their use of quotation marks per my last post and immediately get a billing statement. Coincidence? I think not!
Since when are we putting the titles of novels and films in quotation marks? I read the NYT and they are doing this regularly, just like my students who use AI to generate their essays.
