@OmarKelly Omar’s agenda
1. Less QB talk
2. More trench talk
3. Hustle and build reputation to create opportunities
4. Enjoy peace and fun in his relationship
5. Be a great dad
6. Continue to be recognized by peers, players, and front office personnel for putting in the work
6. Tootsies
@OmarKelly For me, it’s that the structure put the owner as the person in charge since Parcells. There has been a culture of negotiated outcomes for decades. When no one is in charge, everyone is
@Joe_W_Dolphins I don't think that's fair criticism. I have used a executive recruiter and interviewed 20 candidates that they've already screened and had the "Oh!" moment. Usually, it happens in the first 10 mins... the rest is confirmatory diligence.
@OmarKelly Grier hit in the first round, traded in the second for two of those busts, and struck out in later rounds. Maybe he consistently failed to anticipate runs in round two of quality linesman?

@OmarKelly Do you think Mike would be good as Chiefs OC if Nagy leaves for a HC position? Mike’s running game innovations could help KC bounce back quickly. Andy would help him with in-game decision making and that man’s coaching tree gets looked at for HC’s.
@OmarKelly Yikes... how many years can you talk about this type of stuff? Is there any other explanation other than the offense is too complicated (and there's a lot less motion than there used to be OR the coaching isn't getting folks ready? What am I missing?
@OmarKelly He’s clearly diminished. Shows up the most in escapability, but I worry that some of the accuracy issues are because of it as well (when his feet aren’t set on the right timing). Do you worry he might be a descending player?
