Which raises a small question. If it doesn’t belong to the MP, how does it end up with the Ketua Cabang?

PJ voters elected a Member of Parliament. The Ketua Cabang was elected by party members.

And on the transparency point. An MP can be questioned in Dewan Rakyat, called before a select committee, and voted out.

Who does a Ketua Cabang answer to? The party.

You’re right that public funds are for public service, not political leverage.

Just have to make sure that rule applies to everyone, not only to the MP.
