@ixigo I’m still surprised and disappointed to see that Hotel Meghdoot, #Jharsuguda #odisha is still listed on #ixigo for bookings. This hotel is completely fraudulent, and all travel platforms should immediately block it to protect customers.

I had to contact your service center myself after waiting since Saturday for their call after getting your reply. When I asked about the delivery time, the front office again confused and told me to call back at 4 PM. Why can’t they call me directly?

You may check with your Service Centre. They assured to call back me. No call yet. For them I have already lost a full day and may be today. This is clear cut harassment from your service centre who couldn't diagnose my hardware defect properly and now confused.
