Jenrick showing what an totally unclassy twit he is by swearing on live television on @GMB just now - when you stoop to bad language, you know you’ve lost the battle.
‘Tis my birthday today and it seems my not-so-subtle hints actually got heard and now I have these beauties to enjoy as the autumn / winter evenings start to draw in…
(I mean, I say that but chances are, they’ll both be finished this week!)
@BarristerSecret@amateuradam
@fesshole Please consider coming to Peterborough! There’s 3 theatres to choose from, depending on the size you need. Diss is too far to get to on a work night and everywhere else you’ve been is too far as well 😢
@RoyalMail If I paid £5.00 because someone has allegedly not paid the correct amount of postage on a letter, and that letter then arrives with a 1st class stamp clearly in place, why have I had to pay £5.00??
@EE A guide finally appeared after 30 minutes waiting. We’re about 25 minutes in and nothing has been accomplished yet. The “typing” dots have been appearing and disappearing continuously for the last 10 minutes 🙄
@EE I work in a call centre environment myself, so the last thing I want to do when I’ve finished work is sit on a phone call to somewhere else, perhaps waiting 45 minutes to get through as has happened before. Hence, I thought a live chat would be the best option.
Hand on heart, I cannot believe that shreddie-headed cockwomble has been given the chance to get back into the White House.

Dear @_PurelyPets - tell me you don’t want to insure my cats anymore, without telling me you don’t want to insure my cats anymore…!
It’d cost more to insure them than my car! And I’ve had no claims ever with either of them (touch wood).
Spoiler alert - I won’t be renewing…!
@EE Appreciate that, but if you’d read all my tweets then you’d have seen that I was already waiting on the phone to them, while I tweeted. After 45 minutes, I got through to someone and they confirmed all was ok, thankfully. You shouldn’t be proud of your service levels, though.
@EE I’ve been sent a letter confirming my transfer of service and that our broadband will be disconnected this Monday. I didn’t ask for this. I spoke with someone a few days ago (after a 45-minute wait) who said they’d stop it and would confirm by email. 1/3
… and I can’t keep spending 40+ minutes holding and having to give up because I have other things to do, like work, eat and sleep! I tried online chat and there’s currently a wait time of 1 hr 5 mins for that!
Current time waiting on the phone = 40 minutes… 3/3
I’ve heard nothing and I’m concerned we’ll lose our broadband on Monday, as well as getting a bill for £99.00-odd because we’re within our contract! I’ve been trying to get through on the phone for the last 2 days… 2/3
… may now NOT be paid then due to the delay. Was allegedly sent an email about the query in August - it was never received and it transpired that it was sent to an incorrect email address. Your attention to detail is deplorable and your level of care is even less.
@CSPScheme An absolute joke of a service - you sent a letter with correct address details but the salutation was a completely different name! Waited 45 mins on the phone and spoke to someone who clearly didn’t give a monkeys that money due (and being relied on) in December … 1/2
