The story of Rick Rescorla's bravery on 9/11 always moves me to tears. I was honored to write about him for Townhall's "American Heroes of 9/11" series.

This is a mom who deserves celebration and a million tiktok videos detailing how much she cared for her baby.
She gave her own life to protect her daughter and that is the kind of selfless strength a woman throwing ice cubes will never understand.
PLEASE HELP MAKE THIS YOUNG MAN FAMOUS
Yotam Budnik is a 12th-grade student from Rehovot 🇮🇱 just won a gold medal at the International Olympiad in Informatics in Uzbekistan but was not allowed to compete under the Israeli flag.
When Yotam was awarded his medal 🏅 stepped onto the podium, pulled an Israeli flag out of his pocket and wore it in defiance of the Anti-Semitic discrimination.
While the medal 🏅 was revoked from him for his courage, he has no regrets
"The law that prevents me from waving the flag is based only on politics, and I thought there was no place for that in a scientific competition", he said.
The organizers demanded that he return his medal.
Yotam said no.
Organizers took away his certificate and removed his ranking from the website.
Please help make sure the world knows the name Yotam Budnik and that he is not only a world class computer science genius, but also a man of courage and pride of the Jewish people 💙
In 2020, Mike Adams committed suicide after being canceled and losing his job as a professor.
Adams was never dishonest. All he did was say things like "rioters are thugs" and "women's studies aren't essential".
Even in death, the media ran awful headlines like this.
Spare a thought for Nathan Cofnas today. Jason Arday is dead, and the campaign to blame Nathan for it is already in full swing. The media insinuations are all over the place, and Nathan is now being made to carry the weight of someone else’s death simply because he had the temerity to say out loud what everyone else was supposed to pretend not to see.
The simple truth is that Arday was handed a chair professorship at one of the most prestigious universities in the world on the back of a record that was pure fantasy. His work was riddled with plagiarism. Most comically, even the titles were plagiarized, including grammatical errors. And that is before even getting to the total vacuousness of the actual words, irrespective of the fact that they were plagiarized.
Nathan did not invent any of this, and he did not even expose it. The facts were already there. His offense was simply to point at the emperor and say he had no clothes. Except in this case, the emperor was the entire DEI establishment, and what Nathan said exposed not merely Arday’s deficiencies but the grotesque fraudulence of the system that elevated him in the first place.
And now that same DEI industrial complex is scapegoating Nathan for its own evil. I hope he has the strength to endure what is already being thrown at him, because the people doing this are plainly not going to stop.
Atentamente,
Un Cristiano Muy Razonable
@karol@JordanSchachtel They need to rehumanize the memory of Brian Thompson who was assassinated by a deranged lunatic. He was a father and leader of a company that’s only awful because it is trying to operate in the system designed by our government.
