@HMRCcustomers I have tried everything- my case gets ignored. It is over a year _ I have a record of all emails and phone calls - it really is very poor . Are the call centres working this morning?

@HMRCcustomers hmrc is a disgrace and not fit for purpose. I have just wasted 1 hour and 12 mins on the phone trying to speak to somebody and was then disconnected. You really must do better. This is appalling

@HMRCcustomers No I’m not . I was made to pay interest when hmrc told me that they would collect payments from tax code. I have been reporting this for over a year and my concerns are not being listened to. Hmrc are aware but it goes from pillar to post . Very poor

Very disappointed that I am not receiving a response from @British_Airways despite spending £100s on accommodation and taxis due to a number of cancelled flights. Your should not use your customers as a source of credit

@British_Airways absolute shambles - been at Gatwick since 1pm - flight to Geneva cancelled at 1930 hrs - no @British_Airways staff at gate - no clear communication - complete chaos - holiday ruined - pathetic

@grantshapps @British_Airways -I am at Heathrow- as I await my luggage my trip is now 3 over hours late. There are people everywhere- zero communication- customer services empty- no water available on one of the hottest days of the year. This is unacceptable - get a grip !

@BritishGas - do you have no shame? Despite numerous attempts you are doing everything possible not to refund my elderly mother who has built up a substantial amount of credit in her account. Disgraceful!
