@danhightower I’d be curious what the result was if you did that with a vegan diet for 40 days. And cut that protein goal. 200g is some inflated target pushed by culture and commercial industry, imo. 1g per kg body weight is sufficient, and most would say 1.6g per kg for people lifting weights
