Elliott Wave Theory | Wave narrative analysis🤓

Price has created a downward movement and completed the wave ii movement yesterday. This is also the updated count of the overall bullish structure, which concludes that wave i has been terminated because it went past the low of wave (4), therefore acting as a bias shift and signaling that wave ii was on the way.

In the meantime, wave ii has been marked complete because its internal wave structure is completely finished and reached the ideal Fib level for wave ii, which is between the 0.5–0.618 of wave i.

I am anticipating the formation of the wave iii structure this Friday, which will likely be completed next week. The price projection for the wave iii potential termination zone is the 1.272–1.618 trend-based Fib extension level of waves 0-i-ii. To be brief... I am projecting for wave iii to be completed between 4302.64 and 4374.06.

I have placed the wave iii invalidation as well. If that orange line is hit, then wave iii will be set for a later date and wave ii will continue lower as soon as price confirms it by breaking through that orange line.🫰

Price has successfully played out my anticipated trend-based Fib level, hitting the expected wave 3 termination zone and the wave 4 pullback as well.

Wave 4 turned out to be a double-three pattern consisting of a 3-3-3 wave structure! Wave 4 is complete, having hit the usual wave 4 Fib range of 0.236–0.382 of wave 3.

Additionally, the double-three corrective structure is finished, marking the end of the wave 4 movement. We are now on course to form and complete the sub-wave 5 leg of the overall wave 1 structure!

For wave 5, there is a guideline in EWT stating that if Wave 3 is extended, Waves 1 and 5 tend to be roughly equal in both price length and time duration. Therefore, the wave 5 projection is anticipated to match the time and price proportions of wave 1. It could also develop as an impulse wave based on the rule of alternation.

To avoid analysis paralysis in this case, I will stick to the idea of wave 5 sharing the same proportions as wave 1, and I will allow price to gather more price action data to solidify our findings. Let's monitor the waves in my next trading session🙌

This is what I am seeing in the 15m timeframe.

The current price is inside the formation of a potential nested 1-2 wave structure, where wave 3 will potentially undergo an extension.

I am expecting the completion of the LTF bullish wave scenario within this week, and anticipating it to almost reach or exceed the bullish scenario confirmation key level (blue line) to conclude that the nested 1-2 waves are really forming.

@ElliotW_Trading I don't trim at the 1.272 since my exit is based on a fixed rrr. The 1.272–1.618 zone is just the anticipated fib level where wave 3 will likely terminate before the wave 4 pullback🙌

This is the updated count on the 5m timeframe.

As you can see, there is the anticipated wave extension of wave 3.

I am anticipating the price to reach between the 1.272 level at 4,101.31 and the 1.618 trend-based Fibonacci extension level at 4,129.35 for the wave 3 termination projection.

After hitting this target zone to complete sub-wave 5 of wave 3, I am expecting a corrective wave 4 pullback to hold above the previous high of 4,084.22 before finally pushing higher toward the wave 5 target and therefore completing the overall ltf impulse structure...

The overall ltf bullish scenario remains fully intact as long as price holds well above the ltf bullish scenario invalidation level down at 3,959.56.

After sweeping the bullish invalidation of the perceived higher wave degree of wave 1 of wave 5, the price reached the 0.382 of wave 3 and then reversed, marking the end of wave 4, for now.

The wave recount shows that it formed a wave continuation lower, wherein the older counting of wave 4 was a double three, and now it is a triple three.

This corrective wave distinction is an extremely rare pattern, and you should avoid counting it in real time and should wait until the final leg is formed.

This triple three scenario consists of W-X-Y-XX-Z, wherein the subwaves are patterned chronologically as zigzag, zigzag, double zigzag, double zigzag, and double zigzag.

After the wave liquidity sweep lower, a reversal occurred and it turned out to be bullish, marking the start of wave 5 or what will be another long continuation of 3 waves up and so on.

For the start of the wave 3 movement, price was forming a wave 5 diagonal of wave 1 for our bullish shorter-timeframe scenario, where I was expecting another 3 waves up for wave 3 of wave 5.

Our wave invalidation line was set at 4268.34, but price swept through it, therefore invalidating the LTF bullish scenario.

For the wave recount, the perceived LTF bullish scenario is a larger double three structure labeled as WXY which consist of 3-3-3 structure.

The corrective sequence completed the wave circled Y count at the local high before the sharp decline followed through.

Wave 2 is complete and on course to the wave 3 bullish scenario. The overall wave 2 is a triple three wave structure.

This is an extremely rare pattern, and you should avoid counting it in real time and should wait until the final leg is being formed.

This triple three scenario consists of W-X-Y-XX-Z, and in this wave 2 triple three, subwave patterns consist of the following: expanded flat, zigzag, double zz, expanded flat, and zigzag.

We will see if the bullish scenario will play out or not. In that case, I have set up an alternative scenario where it is a continuation of the larger triple three in the higher wave degree, wherein it is a wave 4 triple three.

The 5 waves up from the previous analysis turned out to be a wave c of wave b of wave 2, wherein the overall wave b structure pattern is a running flat which consists of 3-3-5, where its unique feature is that wave c truncates and failed to penetrate through wave a of wave b.

For the perceived wave 2 of a bullish scenario in our previous analysis, it is the overall wave c counting of wave 2, where wave a is 5 waves while wave b is a contracting triangle (3-3-3-3-3). And for wave c, it is also an impulsive wave c.

Therefore completing the overall wave 2 scenario and anticipating the wave 3 scenario in the higher degree wave counting.
