@CharnwoodBC This is outrageous. If you could plan properly we could create a solid infrastructure for the extra houses. #doctors #schools

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 4days without Internet!! This is ridiculous! I'll be billing you for the extra data I've been forced to buy. 😡

[PsychTeacher @PsychSocTeacher]

@VictoriaLIVE Teaching doesn't work as a family friendly career. I quit after 15 years to concentrate on my own children. Too many hoops!!

@BTCare Your companies customer care is poor.

[healthyfamilyfoodie @MFYBV]

@BTCare And by sticking to script they're worrying my parents with the threat of a £129 if problem was caused by them - which it can't be!

[healthyfamilyfoodie @MFYBV]

@BTCare Wow!! That's a crazy way to run a business. Talking to people, this frustrating situation isn't a one off. They've booked another...

[healthyfamilyfoodie @MFYBV]

@BTCare ..engineer for Monday. By then my parents will have been without phone line and Internet a week. It's not good enough.

[Seany B @Seanybuk]

Upgraded my @bt_uk Internet. Instead of faster internet, I have no phone and no internet. @bt_uk are being unhelpful for fix. Poor service.

[healthyfamilyfoodie @MFYBV]

@bt_uk My parents have been offline for 3 days now. Engineer hasn't turned up today. The helpline is not helping. This isn't good enough. 😡😡

[healthyfamilyfoodie @MFYBV]

@bt_uk No phone, no internet. 😡

[healthyfamilyfoodie @MFYBV]

@bt_uk Dad made an appointment on Mon, they couldn't get an engineer til today. Dad waited in 8-1pm. No show! 😡 The call centre are useless!
