Even before the pandemic, most Americans weren’t getting enough physical activity. This is a health crisis we can improve right now. Let’s choose to move! #ChoosePT

@_Cody_B The cartilage is there to be used - great job! You used your body! ☺️ I also love the wrinkles analogy to degeneration… they aren’t painful and just show life lived 😉 congrats! You’re human!
Does anyone else find it infuriating how difficult it is to watch the @SJEarthquakes ?! I’m a fan. Can you make it a reasonable amount of effort for me to find & watch games without subscribing to every online service out there, etc?! 😑😑🤦🏽♀️ think of how big the fan base COULD be
@zachradcliffphd@durand_lindsay Agreed. I used to introduce myself as “Dr” to help and say that I’ve been Treating patients for... x years or a couple years including my clinical experiences. Or drop in that you got your doctorate, etc. some people appreciate when people are operating out of the newest research
Saying no doesn't mean you don't care. It's an act of self-care.
It isn't selfish to set boundaries. It's selfish of others to expect you to be selfless.
A gracious decline isn't a rejection of the person. It's a recognition that you don't have the energy for this right now.
@policy4pt @APTAtweets She’s one of my favorite @APTAcsm speakers that I have heard in my many years of CSM and I believe she and the military PTs have a great deal to teach us on wholistic and whole person care 🙌🏽 @dteyhen#bettertogether
