@DougJBalloon I still haven’t figured out why the press isn’t that interested in Trump’s health. The same press that made weeks long stories about Biden’s footwear just isn’t that interested in concerning photos of Trump’s hands or the multiple unexplained hospital visits.
I’ve been of the opinion that the whole “it’s bad to have a bye” thing was totally overblown and mostly fueled by horrible seeding last year, but when the only win in eight tries came against an atrocious Alabama team, I’m coming around to it being a legit thing.
The Gates Foundation invested nearly $600 million in a national effort to improve teacher evaluation systems, using student test scores, observations, and surveys to measure teacher effectiveness.
After years of research, RAND found that the initiative did not lead to significant gains in student achievement or teacher quality.
If nearly $600 million couldn’t make test-based evaluations work, maybe it’s time to admit the problem isn’t the teachers.
Why is it starting to feel like media consistently ignoring these types of flubs after the way they covered Biden is itself an op? Where’s @politico? @jaketapper?
