Finally ran my first marathon! I hadn't trained properly for months, so I probably shouldn't have tried it. But I showed up at the starting line anyway - and somehow kept going until the finish!
- Not fast, just furious 🙂

@javapapo Before being a parent, I was intrigued by terms like "getting things done" and "ruthless prioritization". Now...after having 2 kids, I learned the hard way what these terms mean. This mentality is the only way to go forward.

2021 was huge for me:
- had a baby boy 👶
- bought a house 🏡
- changed my job 👨‍💻

I think I’ll have fewer ambitious goals for 2022. Let's see 😇

Happy 2022 to all!! 🎉🎉

Take a look before it's...6pm

...and at the same time build your infrastructure that supported this feature in a way that
will be reused in upcoming iterations.

Even if the customer value of the feature is not the expected one, the infrastructure will remain.

[Panos Theocharis @ptheohar]

Tip of the day:
1. Iterate frequently when it comes to features
2. Invest heavily and iterate infrequently when it comes to infrastructure

[Panos Theocharis @ptheohar]

This also translates to the following...

When building new stuff, like the ones we do here at @SeafairI, make sure to release early and go to version 1.0 of the feature as soon as possible to get customer feedback...
