@pt I'm literally working on this at my company. We have standing meetings with 10's of people in them with little/no value becuase reasons. Any good frameworks for determining IF this should be a meeting or other software tools to help people have only high value meetings?

@SeanMcElroy It's the first thing on our IRP. Notify legal. I don't know about "lead" but certainly attorney client privilege is an important component of an IRP.
