@maahirpanchal There's a few unfortunate reasons why .STEP (or sldprt) has worse QoL in these walled gardens. The model has to be usable in their internal DFM loop, Has to be indexed in the PLM, has to be usable for QC too. Siemens has a product in every vertical.

@maahirpanchal Is it a large org? They likely have their entire org in the Siemens ecosystem (both PLM and Manufacturing). Not uncommon in Aerospace.

Game menus had a different vibe back then. I miss this style. The modern minimalistic design feels bland, and it's lacking soul. I am sure a lot of research goes into AB testing and optimization, but I will always prefer this...
