@egreghost As someone who works in substations everyday this is a great idea. Most old substations were built with bathrooms, seems like 1970's to 2000's were the Dark Ages of porcelain.

@JamesHewettDC Miles may be an imperfect metric. New short lines in congested areas do alot of heavy lifting. Gotta imagine running a new 345kv line into NYC is providing a lot more benefit than pure MW on paper.
