@LoveMySilk Makes it very hard to consume your product. I have to use pliers to unscrew and then a razor blade to plane down the detentes so I can use the product. I think you need a step in your manufacturing to QA these cartons.

@LoveMySilk Lately the caps on your Silk are impossible to unscrew without getting out a pair of pliers. It seems the small “detentes” which may be intended to keep the cap from unscrewing accidentally, have gotten so large I can’t unscrew the cap at all!
