PM Modi inaugurated Arabic Academy of Bohra Muslims in Mumbai week back, saying they were family. But if they were 'family' then why Arabic, why not Gujarati academy? Political calculations are understandable, but not by crossing civilisational limits. Is this not appeasement?

Attended a #Ramayana conference today in Mumbai. A 'scholar' referring to later Buddhist traces in Sinisized Ramayana justified them saying #India was mainly known there through Buddhism. With no rivalry intended, who came 1st, Rama or Buddha? Buddhist studies overdose in India!

#terrorist Ehtesham Siddique (2006 #Mumbai train blasts convict) has been studying law in Siddharth College, Mumbai last 3 yrs. and is ready for final exam, while his challenge to punishment is pending in HC. Sign of no morals left in such colleges! Or is it Bhim-Mim arrangement?
