@NandosUK someone made a collect order with my account & card. I cancelled the order with the restaurant but they said they can't refund me,the only form.of contact is an online form which there's no response to when used previously.Nearly £40 has been taken & I need it refunded

@tmbc_waste my brown bins haven't been collected today.your tweets say fortnightly collections ended on Sunday but your app and online calendar show fortnightly collections until next July. I need my brown bins emptied weekly. Can you clarify what is happening

@TUIUK gone to online check-in the moment it opened and this is how you've sat us. Such a disgrace, the seats are empty and you have purposefully sat us somewhere so we would need to pay to be sat together. Such a joke. There are rows of empty seats #poorservice #moneygrabbing
