@amazonIN I ordered Fitbit watch sense2 and I received used product. Customer care is not responding with proper resolution. Asking me to contact after 4 days.
Really #disappointing and frustrating with @amazonIN . @flipkartsupport does better job.

@UC_Assist Situation is that with in warranty one window ac went bad and I have to call your technician and he fixed issue by having pcb repair and in next 3 days again same ac start making big noise. So technically second visit of your engineer create another problem

Don't buy @HitachiAirConIn @Hitachi product. Using 2 door 525 ltr fridge and now compressor broke under warrenty.
As per company they don't have compressor and can provide only depreciated cost.
Escalated issue upto Mr Varghese Joseph, Director Filed operations but no action.
@HitachiAirConIn @nehag1512 How and when you will resolve our issue. Already one month passed and no resolution. To hell with 10 years warrenty with fridge compressor.
