NJ state should authorize a ballot measure asking Hudson and Essex County voters whether to implement a small sales tax in order to expand/improve light rail within these counties. Something similar to the ST2 referendum that's drastically expanding Seattle's light rail system.

@PhoenixMSU @SEMTARail Not exactly U of M or Washtenaw County leaders' fault. Regional rail is tied up in the RTA which due to some poison pill provisions in the enabling legislation. Moreover, I don't believe Ann Arbor is paying for any of it.
