@DeuceTheUchiha@TuckLink41818 Pochita and Denji are also kinda inseparable because Pochita is Denji’s heart. They fight together. Sure Pochita was around before Denji, but since episode 1 they’ve been entwined. Denji just borrows all of Pochita’s powers.
@NiniMelody312 I think in both of those cases the English names are what makes them weird. Designs are fine. Mr Mime is just named barriered in Japanese because it makes barriers, and Sirfetch’d also has unisex name. Localization went out of their way to gender the names.
@Veevuzuela@AspirinJuice425@gaming_cores To your point though, that’s why Quaquaval is a better design to me than Primarina. Quaquaval could be any gender. Let him serve cunt. No matter what any chud says the duck is a good design. You could not convince me Primarina can be male. Terrible creature.
@Veevuzuela@AspirinJuice425@gaming_cores I think its name should give off more unisex vibes if that’s the case. Or maybe the design androgynous. Being named after prima donnas (female singers) and mermaid/sirens (female singers) is just a lil odd to me. Gardevoir is the same but opposite. Male name but female design.
@AspirinJuice425@gaming_cores I think you are purposefully being ignorant. I don’t like when Pokemon are overtly feminine, named after feminine/females and yet has a majority male population. The design would be elevated if it was 100% female.
