La noche de este martes terminó en tragedia en el barrio San José, donde un reconocido DJ fue atacado a bala dentro del conjunto residencial Los Cocos.

La víctima fue identificada como Hans Xavier Cuesta Sánchez, de 24 años, conocido en el mundo musical como ‘DJ Samplista’, quien era reconocido dentro de la cultura picotera de Barranquilla.

Según las autoridades, hacia las 8:20 de la noche, el joven caminaba por el conjunto cuando fue interceptado por dos hombres que se movilizaban en una motocicleta. El parrillero sacó un arma de fuego y le disparó en repetidas ocasiones.

🚨 ‘DJ Samplista’ quedó gravemente herido y fue trasladado al Nuevo Hospital General de Barranquilla, pero lamentablemente murió debido a la gravedad de las heridas.

🔴 ¿Qué hay detrás de este nuevo homicidio? Las autoridades adelantan las investigaciones para esclarecer los hechos y dar con los responsables.

🚨NEW: LINDSAY CLANCY JUROR SPEAKS OUT ON GMA THIS MORNING:

Juror Nick Dargie, 25, spoke with ABC News’ Aaron Katersky about what happened inside the jury room before the Lindsay Clancy trial ended in a mistrial.

Dargie says the jury ultimately stood 11–1 in favor of finding Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity, with one juror holding out for conviction. He told ABC that he repeatedly asked the holdout juror to identify evidence or witness testimony supporting his position and said the juror could not do so.

Dargie said:

“There wasn’t a single piece of evidence or witness testimony that he used to prove why he was thinking the way he was.”

The five-week trial ended in a mistrial on September 4 after seven days of deliberations. Lindsay Clancy remains charged in the 2023 deaths of her children Cora, Dawson and Callan Clancy. The parties are scheduled to return to court September 29 as the case moves forward.
