@hicasamadim Yall are crazy for saying 24. The bottom seems to be a 3x3x3 cube with a section cut out. With further observation, 4 blocks are cut out of the cube. Now, in a 3x3x3 cube, there are 27 total cubes. If we subtract 4 from 27, we get 23 cubes in total.
