@hamzaza251669 avg mentally ill people ARE usually 'ugly' bc they can't practice proper hygiene? but also, they look like normal people ๐ their hair is slightly disheveled and they have eyebags, pale uneven skin tones, etc.. but these are literally visual symptoms of mental illness.
@IZZYSUGARZ yes because I would hope it'd make you more empathetic and understanding. there are so many doctors that genuinely just don't give af about their patients
@rxven12ka not eating can make you more prone to binging OR it can slow down your metabolism so that when you do eat, you absorb more calories. however, both situations aren't guaranteed and as long as you're consistent you will not gain. the short answer is that it isn't possible.
I stg I've been trying to get my eyebrows to look good for like 4 years at this point and they still look fucking weird no matter what shape I attempt it's just been nonstop
@fxtcals I have terrible memory from a multitude of things, so looking back at myself from even a few weeks ago will trip me ouutttt. Wdym I consciously chose to do that or say that at one point in time ?
@kawakcals well height, genetics, and activity level do factor in. somebody may lose a majority of their weight in their thighs and their stomach, while you are losing it in your calves, hands, neck, wrists, etc and it isn't as visible
@Iveever158028@chaeloric One meal every 72 hours though ? He's gotta be lying or had a few bad days. I've seen people lose way more than this on like 800-1300 cals a day. I'm sure extreme weight loss wasn't his intention, but surely that would be inevitable on a diet like this. Maybe I'm wrong
